  2. 2. How do we stay safe in the lab?<br />Any time we are in the lab, you will be expected to follow lab safety rules.<br />Pay close attention, as you will be taking a short quiz at the end of this presentation!<br />Let’s begin!<br />

Roll up long sleeves.</li></li></ul><li>General Precautions:<br />Read all directions for an experiment several times before beginning the activity.<br />Carefully follow all written and oral instructions.<br />Always ask the teacher if you are unsure of how to do something.<br />Only have necessary supplies in the lab.<br />Do not engage in horseplay.<br />
