  • I have a good website that I can recommend; I ordered a dissertation proposal from Digitalessay.net. The work was done very quickly and everything was formatted correctly. Very happy with the result! Definitely check them out.

  • Hi Tyler Kieran,

For 2 authors, you would do this:

Last Name, First Name and First Name Last Name.
Title of Book. City of publication:
Name of publisher, year of publication.

Note: the authors’ names should be listed alphabetically according to
    last name.
    EXAMPLE:

Christianson, Lori and Ray Road. The Secret Lives of
Sixth-Grade Students. Boston: Houghton Mifflin Co.,
    2008.
