A presentation given as part of an introduction to school issues at North Park Schools PTA Education Forum in May 2010 in Grand Rapids, MI. The four current legislators that directly represent the Grand Rapids Public Schools were in attendance Representative Robert Dean (D), Representative David Hildebrand (R), Senator Bill Hardiman (R), and Representative Roy Schmidt (D) in front of an audience of about 65 parent and citizens.
