  4. 4. Food Web <ul><li>a series of steps in which organisms transfer energy by eating or being eaten </li></ul><ul><li>Arrows go from the organism providing energy to the organism receiving that energy </li></ul>
  5. 5. Trophic Level <ul><li>each step in a food chain or food web </li></ul><ul><ul><li>1 st level- Producers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>2 nd Level and up- Consumers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Final level- Decomposers </li></ul></ul>
