  10. 10. Why 1:1 Research4-year study of 5000 Texas Middle Schoolstudents found learners were more engaged,obtained better technology skills and discoveredseveral cost efficiencies as a result of 1:1 usage -(Shapley et al, 2009)

Ensuring uniform integration of technology in every class - (Marzano & Waters, 2009) 2. Providing time for teacher learning and collaboration (at least monthly) - (Marzano 2003) 3. Using technology daily for meaningful student online collaboration and cooperative learning - (Marzano, Pickering & Pollock, 2001)
