Includes provisions for local government energy loans, finance districts, contractual assessments, debt financing<br />Same bill is introduced statewide as HB 1389 “Financing Energy Improvements with Assessments”<br />Debt financing provisions are removed<br />Assessment provisions are removed<br />HB 1389 approved<br />
