  3. 3. The program<br />3 sessions a week<br />2.5 hours per session<br />13 weeks<br />Each session: <br />Four 15 minute segments<br />Videos <br />Class discussion<br />Journal and homework<br />

Additional facts<br />Attend most if not all sessions<br />Complete additional class materials in class or out of class<br />Headphones required: Can purchase in class (around $1, or bring own)<br />Two classes for Spring 2010<br />Joan Kroc Center: Tu, Wed, Th from 2 to 4:30<br />Bayside Community Center: Tu, Wed, Th from 12:30 to 3<br />
