(who don’t enjoy reading slabs of text) </li></ul><ul><li>Making the training system easy to use for people with minimal PC and online training skills </li></ul><ul><li>Technical Issues – eg. linking powerpoint slide presentation formats with voice over in elluminate. </li></ul><ul><li>the association had already purchase elluminate, however was only really used for interstate meetings, and internal staff training </li></ul>
