  4. 4. <ul><li>Always have fun, don’t </li></ul><ul><li>be boring and lift other </li></ul><ul><li>peoples spirits so they </li></ul><ul><li>can have fun! </li></ul>
  5. 5. <ul><li>Remember to between 10-12 hours of sleep and DON’T SLEEP IN CLASS AND ON THE DOOR MAT!!!! </li></ul>
  6. 6. <ul><li>Rest and relaxation is important because if you don’t you will tire out like </li></ul>
  7. 7. <ul><li>Remember to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg not just meat and noodles. </li></ul><ul><li>Also remember to WASH </li></ul><ul><li>your HANDS!! </li></ul>
  8. 8. Respect all religions and help others in need.
