Operations of various MNCs who generate significant amount of revenue but do not disclose their sales – Market Research Agencies have their limitations; no projections2. Disclosure of Clinical trial data – is limited/not detailed and is shared after a long gap.3. New Govt. Supply Rules for Generic ManufacturersAll Generic manufacturers* must be able to supply all strengths of drugs for which a generic or original drug is legally available in order to maintain stable supplies.
