Aylesford Retail Park
Developer: The Crown Estate & The Junction
Description: An extensive phased development to upgrade
the park with a new building, extensions and
complete refacing with bright modern facades
and much improved signage to enhance the
retail environment and deliver something extra.
We later carried out a complete replacement
of the Homebase building following a
devastating fire. Current on going asset
management designs for new restaurant pods.
Monks Cross Shopping Park
Developer: Monks Cross Trustees (L&G, Schroders, USS, BA

Thurrock Shopping Park
Developer: The Junction
Description: Mountford Pigott have been appointed to
provide full designs for the newly designated
town centre site. This will comprise a new
70,000ft² (6,500m²) food store, petrol filling
station, 600 residential units, retail units and
a new primary school.
Mountford Pigott have also obtained
several planning permissions for
the replacement of the ageing Odeon
cinema with 30,000ft² (2,800m²) of new retail
and the complete refacing of two further
shopping terraces. Overall the site is
23 hectares / 56 acres in area.
Developer: AXA for CIS
Description: The scheme includes complete canopy
replacement and provision for prominent
high level retailer signage; extensive new
shopfronts create vibrancy and interest. A
new pod has been provided which includes
Costa and a further phase is planned which
includes a new McDonalds drive thru.

Description: Mixed retail and residential block, as

Description: The street has been enlivened by the
introduction of a dramatic high level wave
canopy which also allows improvements to
the lighting and highly prominent retailer
signage. Park wide improvements include
updating the street furniture and making
alterations to the hard landscaping to
