✤ Dear HR Department SW company,
I am writing you for the ﬁrst time.
I saw your hiring ads on the newspaper the other day. I apply to the position of HR. I
experienced 10years of HR of foreign company. I was mainly a person in charge of hiring.
So I know how to take in excellent people.
After you read my resume, could you give me an opportunity of interview.

Why should we learn how to write business e-mails ①
✤ ・I have to know what is different from normal e-mail and
✤ ・I’ll need this skill in the future include business manners.
✤ ・E-mail will become mainly way to contact with others than
letter. So if I do not know how to write e-mail, I could not make
a living in society.
Why should we learn how to write business e-mails ②
✤ ・Business mail is always use when they become members of
✤ ・The format must be careful with different trading partners and
friends and parents.
✤ ・To study how to write this e-mail for business will make sure
necessary skills when I become members of society.
Ways in which improve my current English E-mail
✤ The ﬁrst is to write concisely.
E-mail is much less formal than a letter. E-mails are usually short and concise.
If you are writing to someone you know, a simple "Hello + name" is adequate. Using a salutation
such as "Dear Mr Smith," is formal.
✤ The second is to write clearly.
It does not make sense if you are not transmitted to proper people for business. So, lets send an e-
mail always straightforward.
When writing to someone you know well, feel free to write as if you are speaking to the person.
✤ The third is to write with a polite word.
Business e-mail have necessary to satisfy the other party. So, when writing a business email, it is
good to use always polite words.
✤ The forth is to write with Consideration
Include your telephone number. This will give the recipient the chance to get back to you by
phone, if necessary.
It is not necessary to include your email address as the recipient can just reply to the email.
✤ Our frequency of using e-mail will be increasing in future.
✤ At that time, business e-mail is an important communication tool.
✤ Therefore, I should learn some e-mail rule, form, phrases for business.
Knowledge that learned in this class is very useful.
