 Be on time (run one lap for every minute
missed for the entire squad)

 You are to be at games exactly one
hour before the game begins
 You are to be fully dressed and ready to
go when you get here (hair and makeup
is included)
 If any part of your uniform is missing you
will not cheer
 If your hair and makeup is not done the
way we have asked you will not be able
to cheer

 Body suits and shells are to be worn with
warm up suits on every single game day
with shoes. Other than game days no
part of the uniform should ever be worn,
including shoes and bows.

 Inner squad conflicts need to be kept
away from practices and other
cheerleading settings.
 Let us know if you need a mediator, we
are more than happy to help.
 No fighting is tolerated. Dismissal from
the squad is immediate if there is any
conflict whatsoever brought onto the
floor (practice, game, or otherwise).

 We are selling Yankee Candle. Please
pick up a brochure from Coach Hedrick
before you leave and be sure to pick up
the handout about it. It is mandatory for
each cheerleader to sell at least 15.
 We will also be selling candy bars from
Coach Patrick’s and Coach Hedrick’s
classrooms all through the year so be
sure to tell your friends.

 Parent meetings will be held every first
Monday of the month at 6:30.
Cheerleaders may not attend these
meetings, but it is mandatory that at
least one parent/guardian from each
cheerleader shows up at this meeting
monthly. If there are any problems with
that please let me know as soon as
possible.

 We need parent volunteers to work the
concession stands, spirit shop, and ticket
tables. If you are interested please sign
your name on the paper being passed
around. We need to have at least ten
volunteers.

 Please view this page in your packet and
stick it at home in a safe place in case of
emergencies.
 Ask 3 before you ask the coaches.
