  3. 3. SNS sometimes has a role as a Public Sphere, this influence presents distrust of representative democracy. Arab Spring is a classic example. Developing technology can makes government incapacitate, so people might not be going to conform the government. The last appearance means this.   9. 9. There was an actual trial for internet democracy. The example was Piratenpartei Deutschland in Germany. They tried democratic practice using internet but after all they lost their approval rating and the power as well.
