  1. 1. Daytime Tubey Care<br />Or, how to flush the kid<br />
  2. 2. The tube must be flushed every 4-8 hours during the day to prevent clogs.<br />Use a small (10 mL) syringe. Draw up as much water (drinking/tap) as it will hold. <br />Open the button. There may be some leakage; use a finger to seal the opening until you’re ready to insert the syringe. Alternately, have kid lie down on her back to minimize leakage.<br />
  3. 3. The nose of the syringe fits in the button opening.<br />
  4. 4. She can push the water in herself!<br />
  5. 5. Close the button (until it clicks gently.) All done!<br />
