Basics<br />Insert New Slide.<br />Layout adjusts the type of slide required.<br />Select areas of text and alter the colour by selecting A.<br />Drag all images and text boxes by a corner to retain original shape while enlarging.<br />Experiment with layout, animations, colours and slide sequence for greater effect.<br />
  3. 3. Creating a unique design<br />Insert picture<br />Drag image to full size on a blank slide.<br />Double click image<br />Manipulate image by adjusting the brightness/contrast/<br />recolor on the toolbar.<br />
  4. 4. Writing over the Image<br />Once image is manipulated;<br />Alter slide layout to write over image<br />or<br />Insert Text box and click on send (image) to back.<br />Alter text colour by selecting A.<br />
  5. 5. Layout<br />Format images by selecting a frame/border.<br />All formatting should be continued or complimentary, throughout PPT.<br />Images and text boxes should be evenly spaced and lined up, throughout.<br />

  8. 8. Hyper link<br />To link to a DVD or website...<br />Insert Hyperlink. Browse the web (earth symbol)<br />Locate page and then return to hyperlink window. The address and link should automatically appear.<br />Highlight and right click on link to access DVD.<br />
