  • Today we’ll talk about social media; how this huge phenomena affected our lives, the way we communicate and also the way we work. And today we will focus especially on how companies are using these terrific channels to connect to all of us.
  • So what is SM? It is basically all those online interacting activities which combine words, photos, videos and audio.

  • Let me give you a couple of boring stats on how SM has taken over the corporate world
  • In Oman online forums (mainly the Sabla, Al Omaniya and Oman Forum), Facebook and YouTube are very popular however other SM platforms like Twitter, blogging, Flickr are also becoming popular as more and more people are getting into them
