3. Listen and always speak English. ‘ I don’t know’ OR ‘Sorry, I don’t understand’ OR ‘Please can you repeat the question’

4. Dress smartly and sit up.

9. Remember the question words! Let’s give an example question for each word. What? How many? Where? Why? Which? When? Who?

10. Relax and use expressions, body language and intonation to show how you feel .
