    It's a great presentation and shows how Nokia is at the cutting edge. However, I find there is one key shortcoming here - 'user'. If we are to consider the ethnographic environment of the customer from 'the moment they wake up from the moment they go to bed' we need to do so in the context of them as a *consumer* - i.e. someone who can exercise choices about the messages and media they decide to attend to.

    The difference may be semantic but as Einstein said 'the way we see the problem *is* the problem' so I believe that evolving to 'mobile consumer experience' will help us as an industry fully appreciate the context in which these behaviors take place.
