  9. 9. 9 • Define your Campaign Name, Budget and Type (CPC or CPM). Then choose the content category that your advertisement falls under, start and end dates and delivery method. 3) Setup Campaign
  10. 10. 10 • Daily Budget: I always recommend having a minimum daily budget of $25.  This will allow for best distribution of your ads. The higher the budget and balance, more impressions will be allotted to you. $25 really isn’t enough spend to get statistically significant data across all variables in mobile (OS, OS Version, Handset, Creative, Site, etc…) But it’s better than $10. • Delivery Speed: I always reccomend running on ‘Fastest Delivery’ to get most traffic 3) Setup Campaign
  11. 11. 11 3) Setup Campaign • Define Targeting and Bids. Choose your Geolocation targeting, handsets & platforms, carrier/wifi and environment (wap/app). Then choose the channels you want to target and define your bid.

  14. 14. 14 Channels & Bids: Choose whether to run Run of Network, targeting all channels, or just specific Channels. Minimum bids start at 0.05 for CPC campaigns and 0.30 for CPM campaigns. Pro tip. Target RON, but pass [site] ID. 3) Setup Campaign
  15. 15. 15 Define your ad name, click action, destination URL or Phone Number and upload your creative. Then choose to Create Ad & Finish or upload more creatives. Test each ad unit. They all perform differently for each campaign. Some have lower volume, but can result in massive ROI. 3) Setup Campaign

  17. 17. 17 • Banner: Sharp and clean which means your ads will look native and engaging. • Text: plain text ads delivered in a clean manner. • Interstitial: triggered upon the opening of an app as well as in- between levels so that you can get your message across without angering the user. • AdPrompts: a unique, clean, and effective pop-up ad type that won’t annoy users and ruin the user experience. • HTML/Javascript: third-party ad tags or rich media creatives. • AdBuilder: Easily create new banners without photoshop. 3) Setup Campaign

Most high-level optimization comes through creatives, carrier and site IDs. Once you have tons of data collected, look at Handset and OS. • If not using our Conversion Tracking to analyze the results in the “AdOptimizer”, be sure you are using a third-party analytics platform like MobAffTracker. 4) Data Collection:

  25. 25. 25 What are the average CPCs for countries? This information is constantly changing. The rule of thumb is that there are a handful of countries that require bidding higher than the minimum bid, such as USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Argentina, etc. Please ask your rep what you should be bidding on these countries. Most of the other countries will get good volume at the .05 minimum bid. Should I use my own tracking platform? That is a personal preference.
