This document discusses the development of individual sections for an instructional guide exercise. 1. INFORMATION RESEARCHER - Person # 1
A. Why is an instructional guide so important when selling a product in the market?

The first point is to get "what is the product for" across to customers.
It is need for customers to check that the product fill or not the needs of customers.
The second is to get "how to use the product" across to customers.
They can not use it without reading the instructional manual.
The third is to get "careful point" across to customers.
If precaution statements is not written on the instructional manual, it may harm
customers or other people.
The last point is to get "the way to use the after-sales care of the product" across to
customers.
If it present a problem with the product, they can use the service.

First,It is important that Instead of explaining the task in long paragraphs, break our
instruction manual into specific, detailed steps.
Second, Before we can teach someone how to do something successfully, we need to
conceptualize which aspects of the project they need to know.
Third, The most logical way to start an instruction manual is to list the supplies the
reader will need for the project.
Fourth, If our instruction manual details a tangible project, then complete it using
only our written guide.
Final, It is important to use short sentences and simple words and make sure our
manual is clear and readable.

The first point is customers should know what is the product for.
It is need to check that it is need to use.
The second is customers should know how to use it.
They can not use it without reading the instructional manual.

Wrong use of our product will cause unexpected accident. Sometimes, it may be fatal
to human's life.
In order to avoid such situation, we must promote an instrumental guide for our
business.
B. Talk about an instructional guide that you want to prepare on how to use your mobile
phone. Explain at least 10 major points you will include in this instructional guide of
your choice. What will be the exact purpose of the guide?. Write in your own words. (100

The purpose of the guide is "use mobile phone properly."
Improper use of mobile phone will cause many problems, so this guide also includes
some important manners at public place.

There are following five sentences explaining how a company should do research
before an instructional manual.
・What makes your book stand out from the crowd?
・You need to conceptualize which aspects of the project they need to know.
・If you are writing instructions on assembling pre-fabricated furniture, limit yourself to
the barest of instructions.
・The most logical way to start an instruction manual is to list the supplies the reader
will need for the project.
・Keep sentences shorter than in other types of writing. Use point form when it will help.
