Educational technology is a way to reach, teach, and connect people around the world using every possible technologies available (computers, blogs, streaming media, videos, etc.). Educational technology provides knowledge and hope to all who seek it regardless of any boundaries, whether it be age, race, location and/or disabilities.
A vivid technology learning experience

Actually, taking a class entirely online as I am doing for this ETEC class is truly a vivid technological learning experience for me.

It has opened up a whole new world of websites, ideas, and tools I never knew existed.

A technology I want to use in my classroom

I would love to be able to use the tablet PC with the software called Calico in the classroom for that would allow mobility as well as instant connectivity to students around the world. A challenge for teaching

I see budget and monetary challenges and continual cutbacks on Education as a barrier to technology. If there is no money available for computers, monitors, etc., using educational technology becomes more challenging and the students and institution risk falling behind .
