PRESENTATIONS DO’S <ul><li>Smile! </li></ul><ul><li>Move about the stage </li></ul><ul><li>Test your setup before the presentation </li></ul><ul><li>Present to the crowd </li></ul><ul><li>Dont try to impress with jargon </li></ul><ul><li>Use a computer and multimedia projector </li></ul><ul><li>Be yourself! </li></ul><ul><li>Plae your company logo in the bottom/top right-hand corner of your slides </li></ul><ul><li>Use lite colours on a dark bacground and vice-versa. </li></ul><ul><li>Proof read your presentation for spelling and grammar errors </li></ul>Michele Murphy

PRESENTATION Don’ts <ul><li>Forgetting to turn off your screen saver </li></ul><ul><li>Beeping laptop </li></ul><ul><li>Speaking too quickly </li></ul><ul><li>Using too many bullets and fonts </li></ul><ul><li>Unexpected animation </li></ul><ul><li>Speaking word for word from you slides – speak around your slides . </li></ul><ul><li>Overusing animation </li></ul><ul><li>Forgetting to delete all guidelines </li></ul><ul><li>Using a font thats to small </li></ul><ul><li>Placing to many words on a slide </li></ul><ul><li>Using red lettering on your slides </li></ul>Michele Murphy
