  • Don't forget that you can also compress the size of individual pictures while editing the presentation - if you're using Ppt '07 or 2010 have a look at the Picture Tools tab (while you've got an image selected) and by clicking Compress Pictures you can choose to shrink just the selected pic or all of them.
