controls. I am familiar with the key controls of the
majority of the processes and able to facilitate

• 2nd line: As second line Internal Control Officer I have
supported the first line of defense by designing,
implementing, maintaining and monitoring of their
internal control framework. I have relevant experience
in amongst others a pension and a chemical company.
• 3rd line: I have performed over 10 different internal
audits at national and international companies. These
audits varied from IT audits, project audits and internal
audits (operational and IT).
• 4th line: In my role as IT auditor / (sr.) IT audit
Manager, at KPMG and WVDB I have performed over
100 external audits. These varied from IT (assurance)

• For Dutch national companies, I have supported clients
with setting up their IT strategy, creating an IT roadmap
and have managed their project roadmap as an IT
manager. Majority of these client had an IT debt and
did not know where to start having big aspirations as
digital, scalable and business intelligence.
• I am able to support at management level but on
operational level as well. With this bridging capability, I
am able to close the gap between at the management,
operational staff and suppliers. I am getting things done
and am a finisher. By means of my large network, I can
to include complementary professionals in my
engagement when required.

• With the company Witlox van den Boomen (WVDB), I
was at director level responsible for the implementation
of the digital roadmap within this advisory and audit
firm. I have managed and executed projects and next to
that, I have developed new business models and made
a data warehouse.
