  2. 2. This is a reputable website made by the founders of P90X. I am a firm believer in this program. Great workouts, diets for all types, sensational recipes for low fat meals!
  3. 3.</li></ul>The perfect website to design the right food intake for any size, shape or gender. This is put together by the FDA so a very respected and reputable website as well. <br /><ul><li>
  4. 4. This is one of my favorite websites…of course being a runner. What is great about this website in particular is that you can tailor your own running routes to you, distance, terrain, whatever you are looking for. I use this one all the time, and could actually be used for walking and biking as well, if you aren’t already following a pre-existing bike trail. This is wonderful, and it saves what you design. You can’t go wrong!
