  2. 2. #10 – Know your stuff, Be Prepared<br /> Know the company, product, market and people BEFORE you go to any interview – have all your tools ready!<br />
  3. 3. #9 – Be Yourself, Don’t Compromise<br /> Understand what makes you YOU and set yourself apart from the rest.<br />
  4. 4. #8 – Listen and Learn<br />Take the time to listen to what others are telling you – learn from every experience<br />
  5. 5. #7 – Develop Communication Skills<br /> Speaking, Writing, and Conversation skills are core to communication. Polish up on all of them in order to connect with your audience.<br />
  6. 6. #6 – Open to change<br /> Things change, people change, situations change - Be open to things you many not have considered or thought of before.<br />
  7. 7. #5 – Be Generous and Give Back<br /> Find ways to be involved outside of the corp world. Use your skills and talents to help make someone else better.<br />
  8. 8. #4 – Build your network<br /> You never know when you might need your network, so always build and nurture your connections.<br />
  9. 9. #3 – It’s about the Relationships <br /> The best opportunities are rooted in solid relationships – which is a two-way street (get and give back)<br />
  10. 10. #2 – Find your passion<br /> Truly understand what makes you tick and gets you jazzed to get up everyday. <br />
  11. 11. #1 – Make It Happen!<br /> Create a plan and go after it - Life (and work) isn’t easy, but have the determination to Make It Happen!<br />
