Funny things happen in your life every day. <br />“Fake it until you make it”:Laughter is effective because even fake laughter works. Studies show that the mere act of smiling or laughing (real or not) has positive effects on our bodies. <br />It’s “FUN FUNFUNFUN”: Laughter is just plain FUN! You need to go out of your way to calm yourself. With innovations such as Youtube and Google, the laughs can be brought to you with technology.<br />

  6. 6. Laughing for the sake of laughing: you don’t need a reason to laugh

  8. 8. Focuses on the mind and breathing like yoga.</li></ul>You need to be at least somewhat physically active to do yoga. Yoga is also not for everyone.
