•Customers often cannot relate to people in the ads
•Customers don’t want expert opinion but they want
re-assurance from their fraternity. In other words
“word of mouth”

•This is not teenage fad anymore, this is

Have patience – Social media works – I know it
Move out of free websites and blogs as soon
as possible. Potential customers are skeptical
about free sites
