Why Social Media?•Numbers •Nearly 500 million ACTIVE users in Facebook •Over 100 million active users in twitter •You Tube > 400 million unique users (?) •And so on for Pinterest, Linkedin , Google Plus etc •You can increase your reach quickly•Many people don’t believe in ads •Ads are one way traffic •Customers often cannot relate to people in the ads •Customers don’t want expert opinion but they want re-assurance from their fraternity.
