  4. It’s small but really important distinction and I think wemust always get this the right way around! EVRYTHNG is not about creating a ‘Smart Product’ (that would be a company designing a mobile phone or a car or a rocket) but making a ‘Product Smart’ (assigning ‘smartness’ to a chair or a bike or a bucket!). ‘Product Smart’ is a language we can own whereas ‘Smart Product’ is not.
