Mentoring Need in RCCGNA <br />Nearly 99% of RCCGNA Leaders are Transplants from Africa<br />There is a need to develop a Feeder System For Leadership beyond the Supply from Africa<br />There is a need to respond to Cultural Conflicts and Tensions imposed by differences in the lived context of old and new generation<br />There is a need to Develop a Rapid System of releasing New Leaders to address the massive growth of RCCGNA <br />
