  14. 14. 2011 Trails End Popcorn<br />Show-N-Sale<br />Show-N-Sale (SNS) is a great supplement to overall sale (the highest performing units include Take Order-primary and SNS-secondary as part of their sale).<br />Average per boy sale per hour using SNS is $125.<br />Only 29% of those asked to buy popcorn via SNS will buy.<br />The Council will be developing a template with Trails End’s assistance to help units know how much and what type of product to order for SNS.<br />

Minsi Trails Council SNS Policy<br />Of the Minsi Trails Council units who take part in Show and Sell, an average of 31% of their total order(including take order and online) is done via the Show and Sell method.<br />To enable growth, but at the same time discourage “over ordering” each unit will be able to place an order no more than 35% of their total overall order last year. If a unit desires a higher amount it must be approved by MTC staff.<br />There will again be two Show and Sell orders, so you will be able to place a second order if you did not order your entire allotment. Chocolate will be available for this order.<br />Any unused popcorn should be put towards your unit’s take order sale.<br />
