The REAL project (renamed "Employment Alliance") aims to empower young unemployed or underemployed humanities graduates to fully succeed. It will address issues locally thus allowing to generate key skills by forming a working alliance between all stakeholders.

  6. 6. Form two Employment Alliances in Newry/Louth and Halle/Szczecin Develop a Toolkit and Action Plans Develop and Pilot Employment Training
  7. 7. Two (cross-border) Alliances have been established to date, using the “Employment Alliance Toolkit” in the Louth/Newry region of Ireland/UK and the Szczecin region of Poland and the Halle (Saale) region of Germany.
