I will use your attendance as a guide to gauge your support for South Park’s management. </li></ul><ul><li>Here’s how today’s attendance turned out.   9. 9. Notes from Mike <ul><li>Sales Meeting Rules: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Be on time . Sign the attendance roster before entering the room. The door will close at the time we begin the meeting. Don’t be late! </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Be on time . Late arrivals create disruptions and delay the start of the meeting. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Be on time . If the door is closed, you’re late. Consider a time management course. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Allow 1 hour 15 minutes for our meeting . That’s 2 hours and 30 minutes per month. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We commit to provide you the very best in sales meetings that contain an element of; entertainment, information, education, and motivation. If you feel that we are not providing content worthy of your investment, come and see me ASAP. </li></ul></ul>
  10. 10. Notes from Mike <ul><li>Management is currently negotiating to renew our lease at South Park. Part and parcel of those negotiations is for a complete renovation to the interior of the building. Space planners and contractors have and will be in the building periodically. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The building redesign will reflect our growth needs for the next ten years. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Initial plans call for a lobby upgrade, office bistro, and more natural light. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Plans and specs should be available for your viewing by yearend. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>This is an exciting project for South Park and will insure our presence in the bulding long term. </li></ul>
