  4. 4. 洛神花茶<br />材料:洛神花干品10克,冰糖或蜂蜜适量。 <br />作法:1、将洛神花及冰糖置入杯中,用热开水冲泡五分钟,过滤后即可饮用。 2、如果以蜂蜜取代冰糖,则待过滤后再添加,搅拌饮用。 <br /><br />
  5. 5. 洛神花茶原料:洛神花干花10克、绿茶3克、冰糖或蜂蜜适量。<br />冲泡:<br />将洛神花和绿茶同时放入茶壶中,先用沸水冲洗一遍,滤去水后,再续入九十度左右的热水,闷泡三分钟左右即可饮用了。因为洛神花具有刺激的酸味,所以在饮用时最好调入蜂蜜或是冰糖来进行调味。这款洛神花茶无论冷热,味道都很佳,夏日饮用,最好将冲泡好的茶汤滤出,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏,冰镇后的洛神花茶更是别有一番滋味。<br /><br />
  6. 6. 洛神花瘦身茶<br />原料:洛神花 适量,红茶包1个<br />做法:1、将洛神花与茶包放入茶壶中,加入热开水冲泡。2、约2分钟后泡开,稍凉放入蜂蜜或者冰糖调味,即可饮用。<br /><br />
