  • This sucks. The second slide has so many errors it is not even funny. You are not born AT a place you are born IN a place. 'One of the most powerful Greek city state.' It should be stateS. I have no clue why you would go out of chronological order and introduce his death but I'll leave that alone. The last sentence pronoun reference is extremely unclear. Here is an idea: Proof read your powerpoints. Oh, and that timeline is a joke.

  2. 2. Archimedes <ul><li>Archimedes was born in 287bc at Syracuse, Greece One of the most powerful Greek city state. In Syracuse 212bc Archimedes died, by being killed by a Roman soldier who didn’t know who he was. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Archimedes history. <ul><li>Archimedes had a father who’s name was Phidias. It is believed Phidias could have been related to Hieron the 2 nd the king of Syracuse. It is not known if Phidias was married or had any children. </li></ul>

He was Believed to be one of the three greatest mathematicians along with Isaac Newton and Carl Gauss.
