the Mallorca Museum, in 1976.

In 1989 Barceló went to Mali and another
african countries looking for news themes for
his art.

  3. 3. STUDIES • Miquel Barceló studied in the Felanitx’s High School. • He continued his studies in the “Arts School” of Palma. • He ended his studies in the “Sant Jordi Art School” in Barcelona.

  5. 5. HIS FIRST ART • He began to work with boxes, that he exibed in the Mallorca Museum, in 1976. • In these boxes we can see the descompisition of eggs, brains, flowers, birds…
  6. 6. THE TRAVELS In 1989 Barceló went to Mali and another african countries looking for news themes for his art.
