  1. 1.   GHM – The Brand & The Portfolio Established in 1992, GHM (General Hotel Management Ltd.) is known for conceptualising, developing and operating an exclusive group of hotels and resorts. With an expansive portfolio and more projects in the pipeline, GHM prides itself in providing guests with an unrivalled lifestyle experience. Each GHM property is an original. The special relationship between the land and the local culture amongst which each resides enables GHM to provide guests with a genuine, close-up experience of the best each destination has to offer. The signature GHM style is best defined as contemporary interpretations of Asian designs combined with distinctive local touches to create inspired, memorable spaces. The Legian Bali, Indonesia The Legian, an all-suite hotel, sets a new standard for resort living with its contemporary approach to traditional Indonesian design. Set in landscaped tropical gardens, The Legian features 68 suites that are among the most spacious in Bali, all designed to exude the feel of high-end private residences. Among them is The Beach House. Indonesian sculptures and indigenous art abound throughout the resort’s public and private spaces. The Legian offers a quiet haven along a sandy stretch of Seminyak Beach. It is a mere 25-minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport and is situated on Bali’s southern coast, within walking distance of Bali’s trendiest shopping and nightlife areas. The Legian raises the bar on luxury amidst the serenity of the island’s natural beauty. The Club at The Legian Bali, Indonesia The Club at The Legian brings a new level of style and exclusivity to one of the most popular destinations on this ‘Island of the Gods’. Set in a quiet enclave opposite the main hotel property – The Legian – each of The Club’s 11 luxury villas (10 One-Bedroom Villa and a Three-Bedroom Villa) features a private pool set amidst a teak-floored veranda accented by water features and manicured greens. With each completely enclosed to create the sense of a private compound, the villas offer the ultimate secluded retreat in the heart of trendy Seminyak. In addition to 24-hour butler service and access to a private lounge and swimming pool reserved exclusively for their use, guests of The Club have full access to The Legian’s services and facilities.
  2. 2.   The Nam Hai Hoi An, Vietnam The Nam Hai is situated on a prime stretch of the stunningly picturesque Ha My Beach near the historic town of Hoi An. The resort features 60 One-Bedroom Villas and 40 Pool Villas (ranging from one- to five-bedrooms), with each Pool Villa having its own landscaped garden and boasting unobstructed views across the South China Sea and nearby Cham Islands. Located 30 kilometres south of Danang and 11 kilometres north of the charming old town of Hoi An in the Central Coast, The Nam Hai combines spectacular beachfront living with renowned cultural historical attractions that reflect the true spirit of Indochina. The understated charm of Vietnamese architecture, discernible by split-levels and raised platforms which serve different functions throughout the day, adds a distinctive touch to the resort’s setting, the design of which pays homage to 2,500 years of Vietnamese history with its contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese traditions. The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Spread over five hectares of elegantly landscaped gardens and undulating rice fields, The Chedi Club at Tanah Gajah features 20 standalone villas and suites designed in a traditional Balinese style of architecture combined with a contemporary flair. The once-private estate is located mere minutes from the centre of Ubud. The property was conceptualised in the early 1980s by prominent Indonesian architect and interior designer, Hendra Hadiprana as a secluded hideaway and weekend retreat for his family and friends. Each of the resorts villas and suites feature artwork from Mr. Hadiprana’s private collection – an art connoisseur’s delight. In addition to 24-hour butler service, the resort’s facilities include a large swimming pool, tennis court and private open-air amphitheatre in which famous Balinese dance performances are held. The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah’s location in the highlands – the ‘cultural heart’ of Bali – makes it the perfect complement to its sister properties The Legian and The Club at The Legian in trendy Seminyak, and The Chedi Sakala in Tanjung Benoa. The Chedi Muscat, Oman Located 20 minutes north of Muscat and a mere 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport, The Chedi is an exclusive beach resort situated on the Boushar beachfront, where the shimmering waters of The Gulf mirror the glorious Hajar mountain ranges in the backdrop. Designed in the style of traditional Omani architecture combined with an Asian zen, the property’s 158 rooms and suites as well as its public spaces exude an ageless charm. The Chedi Muscat’s facilities encompass a 103-metre swimming pool – the longest outdoor pool in the Sultanate of Oman –, a 350-metre long private beach, a luxury spa complete with 13 treatment rooms and three swimming pools, one of which is reserved exclusively for adult guests.
  3. 3.   The Chedi Sakala, Bali, Indonesia The Chedi Sakala, a new development with 247 hotel rooms and 14 exclusive villas, is located in the Tanjung Benoa district off Nusa Dua. Boasting ample meeting facilities, spacious rooms and complete with a range of food and beverage offerings, The Chedi Sakala is GHM’s largest property to date. The 116-metre main swimming pool is a distinct feature while a more intimately sized pool by the beach caters to guests dining at the Sakala Restaurant and the tapas bar. The Chedi Andermatt, Switzerland Located in the town of Andermatt – a crossroads between southern, northern and eastern Switzerland – The Chedi provides the ultimate year-round holiday destination with stunning natural scenery and an abundance of outdoor recreational pursuits. Designed by Denniston International, the resort comprises 104 spacious guest rooms and suites. Jean-Michel Gathy from Denniston International designed the property, combining alpine chic with Asian features, apparent in the hotel’s 104 guest rooms and suites. Dining options include Western and Asian cuisine at The Restaurant, The Japanese, The Wine & Cigar Library, The Lobby, The Courtyard, The Pool and The Bar and Living Room. The 2,400-square-metre Spa uses exclusive natural products from ila, REN and Alpienne and includes a state-of-the-art health club with a yoga studio, overlooking the stunning outdoor alpine landscape. Unique design elements such as converting an old home into a library and museum, and weaving the Souq Al Arsa, a traditional open-air marketplace, into the property as a pedestrian thoroughfare, will bring the destination's charm to life and enhance the guest experience. Al Bait Sharjah is designed by UK-based architectural firm GAJ, the same architects for The Chedi Khorfakkan in Sharjah.
