I am an Information Management professional, currently working at the University of Limerick (UL). My current role includes the management of online marketing of library collections and services through social media and digital channels. I perform many outreach activities and maintain upward, downward and outward communications channels for the Library. I monitor customer satisfaction levels through the administration and analysis of a biennial customer satisfaction survey. I also conduct assessment activities through a combination of surveys and desk-based research. This assessment helps us to continuously tweak and improve our services.
