Michael Milnes knew from an
early age that he wanted to be a
physical therapist. To achieve
his dream, Michael enrolled at
the University of Minnesota in
St. Paul. While at the University,
Michael worked hard and was
dedicated to his studies. Due to
his efforts, Michael earned a
double Bachelor’s in Physical
Education and Biology, as well
as earning his Doctorate in
Physical Therapy. After
graduating, Michael moved
Rochester, Minnesota where he
opened his own practice.

After having to work with a
physical therapist as a youth, after
suffering a football injury, Michael
Milnes made the decision to
become a physical therapist. He
received his Bachelor’s and
Doctorate degree from the
University of Minnesota, St. Paul
and has his own practice in his
hometown of Rochester,
Minnesota. He is dedicated to
helping his patients return to a
normal way of life after injury, and
has been voted ‘Best in Rochester’
by the Rochester Bulletin in 2008
and 2013. Michael Milnes can help

effectively.

Michael Milnes is a dedicated physical
therapist always looking for ways to
give back to the local community. Along
with working hard to make his patients’
lives better, Michael finds ways to give
back to those in need. He currently is
involved with the non-profit
organization, Right to Read, whose
mission is to help get kids in the
community reading. Michael hopes that
his efforts will help the organization end
childhood illiteracy. Physical therapy
has been proven to play a vital role in
relief of pain. Unlike other methods of
treatment, physical therapy also helps to
reduce and even prevent, future
recurrences of back and neck pain.
