Customer fills out online questionnaire that describes customer processes and needs SET UP Kapost Implementation Team sets up and configures Kapost system according to customer process and needs ORIENTATION CALL: Customer Leadership Team: 30 min. ATTENDEES: Customer Leadership Team (Editors; Marketing & Agency Execs); Kapost Account Manager Kapost reviews the configurations made to the Kapost system for customer Kapost trains Leadership Team on editor-level functionality in the system WEEK and answers any questions 2 CUSTOMER TASKS: 30 min. Kapost provides Customer list of 3 tasks to undertake inside Kapost, including: Invitation of Users Creation of Assignments Publishing of Sample Post ORIENTATION CALL: Entire Customer Team: 30 min. WEEK ATTENDEES: Entire Customer Team (Editors, Execs, Writers); Kapost Account Manager 3 Kapost trains entire Customer team on contributor-level functionality in the system and answers any questions TRAINING AND SETUP SYNOPSIS: 15 min.
