EI (not AI) in Data Sciences

Published on

A personal journey by the author who began very early in his career as a systems engineer and computer programmer. Eventually, the author decided that technical expertise was not what would get him promoted. He worked very hard to develop his emotional intelligence (soft skills) in order to move into supervisory, management, and eventually executive roles.
The prose f the seminar was to convince younger Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, and Informatics learners to expand their goals to include EI, not just AI (Artificial Intelligence).
