  5. 5. 2009-2010 Trends Teams are more dispersed, across different geographic regions, time zones - 19.1M Americans, 65% growth in 2 yrs, ( Dieringer Research Group, 2008) Companies will be outsourcing more than ever as they reduce their internal resources – for punctual, distinct efforts. (Gartner, 2008) Companies delaying IT spending until the economy recovers. It spending shows slower growth than expected (Gartner, 2009) (86%) of companies said they were raising sales quotas despite the financial slowdown – considering that only 58% made their quota in 2008 (Insight, 2009) Spending on IT cloud services almost triples from 2008 to 2012 (IDC, 2008) High growth for smartphones web traffic (AdMob, 2008) Effectively scheduling meetings and managing your time is more important than ever before
