  36. 36. Curriculum-Teaching-Learning-Assessment Philosophy<br /><ul><li>We believe that all school curriculum's should be student centered, standards based and should reflect the student-as-worker concept.

Culturally DiverseThrough the use of fostering a sense of community and shared vision we will be able to break down the barriers in our multi-cultural society.<br />We will make sure culturally diverse students are identified early on, starting as early as elementary school.<br />We will help teachers become knowledgeable about other cultures.<br />We will promote parent involvement<br />We will take interest in the students outside of class, in order to better learn about their cultures.<br />If needed students will be placed in English Learner Language courses.<br />
