  • The things we find most exciting are those that challenges us – the partnerships, honoring youth voice and involvement, the collaboration, and synergy of coming together. Since we are excited by the possibilities, and challenged by the logistics we have discovered that clearly defined roles, transparency, reflection, and communication are key to moving forward.
