as leaders themselves or becoming obsolete?
• Do they create win-win relationships and an encouraging environment to

• Are they strategic thinkers with the business acumen to succeed,
    regardless of market conditions?
• Do they look for evidence before action and use proven execution
    models?

    of your company?
• Remove barriers and artificial restrictions

Three Coaching Models: Pick the right one
    for you!

 Executive Peer Forum: This provides the CEO or Business owner with the
advantage of meeting 4 hours per month with other CEOs learning and
sharing best practices by comparing the sum total of the experience in the
     room.

 In-House Forum Groups: This is for the company that would like to have 2
hour meetings once per month with their staff to facilitate and challenge the
progress that is made towards the 90 day goals that have been established.
68% of companies in a recent Gallup survey indicated an outside
Executive Coach provides significant advantages in facilitating these
meetings as a 3rd party participant

 Individual Coaching: Meeting 2 hours per month with an Executive Coach
     providing Accountability towards goals; a sounding board you can Trust;
expose your blind spots and weaknesses; and provide advise, counsel,
ideas, input and innovation. Note: Individual coaching is not only offered to
the CEO but also any #2 key staff member who needs development.

What our clients say about us

“The Executive Peer Forum was able to
    analyze our company, provide valuable
suggestions and implement a system of
    accountability. The EPF turned our
company around. We went from a
negative EBITDA to 6% EBITDA in one
year. We are so glad we employed EPF
and highly recommend them to any
company looking to grow their business”

TESTIMONIALS OF THE EXECUTIVE PEER
             FORUM EXPERIENCE

• “My Forum goes far beyond just a group of people who share stories and meet
once a month. It is a sanctuary, a place where I am free to explore wide-
ranging options, express what is driving me—or constraining me--and not be
judged, and continually feel the support of all my Forum Members in any and
    all situations.”

• “There is no other place to get the kind of strategic, candid advice that you can
get in a peer advisory group…It’s doubtful you will have many challenges
where you need advice, and the group will not be of benefit.”

• “… each Member can give and receive advice on a number of business-related
or personal issues. I've found this to be invaluable…It’s something I can’t get
    anywhere else, at any price!”

TESTIMONIALS OF THE IN-HOUSE
                FORUM EXPERIENCE

• “I was involved with other coaching models that got stagnate. What the Executive
Peer Forum does what I like is provide strategic and execution tools that not only
work as I implement them in my company, but hold me and my staff accountable
when we update our progress during each meeting. I also like the fact that it’s
experiential learning which I can directly apply to my company”

• “The experiential learning part of the model insures that the leadership and
management team implement the accountability and execution tools over and over
again until it becomes part of their leadership and management habits which have
resulted in sustaining improved operating results.”

• “The One-Page Strategic Execution Plan sheet is perfect for our company. The way
it breaks down our strategic action items into 30/60/90 day increments builds in
accountability and insures are team executes our plan.”

  • 15. TESTIMONIALS OF THE EXECUTIVE PEER FORUM EXPERIENCE • “My Forum goes far beyond just a group of people who share stories and meet once a month. It is a sanctuary, a place where I am free to explore wide- ranging options, express what is driving me—or constraining me--and not be judged, and continually feel the support of all my Forum Members in any and all situations.” • “There is no other place to get the kind of strategic, candid advice that you can get in a peer advisory group…It’s doubtful you will have many challenges where you need advice, and the group will not be of benefit.” • “… each Member can give and receive advice on a number of business-related or personal issues. I've found this to be invaluable…It’s something I can’t get anywhere else, at any price!” Executive Peer Forum Introduction 15
  • 16. TESTIMONIALS OF THE IN-HOUSE FORUM EXPERIENCE • “I was involved with other coaching models that got stagnate. I also like the fact that it’s experiential learning which I can directly apply to my company” • “The experiential learning part of the model insures that the leadership and management team implement the accountability and execution tools over and over again until it becomes part of their leadership and management habits which have resulted in sustaining improved operating results.” • “The One-Page Strategic Execution Plan sheet is perfect for our company. The way it breaks down our strategic action items into 30/60/90 day increments builds in accountability and insures are team executes our plan.” Executive Peer Forum Introduction 16
