RECRUITMENT INCLUDES • Creating job requisition; • Advertising position; and • Gathering information to be considered: • Obtaining, reviewing and storing job inquiries and resumes; • Facilitating completion of employment application; • Screening applicants; • Scheduling and conducting interviews; • Reference and background checks;
  4. 4. RECRUITER • In House Recruiter: An employee who performs recruiting functions. • Third Party Recruiter: Vendor who sources or locates applicants for a fee.
  5. 5. HIRING • Hiring is the process of selection among applicants, including review of: • Hiring criteria and process; • Job description; and • Applicant’s qualifications from: • Application • Resume • Interview notes • References • Background check
