An Unauthorized Lean2Life Adventure - 2013 Mid-Atlantic Lean Conference, November 5-6, 2013 Crowne Plaza Hotel, Timonium Maryland
On Christmas Even 2012, I pulled the plug and set out on a mission to lean my world to life. To clean up my messes and set my systems straight and create flow.

It started as a commitment for a week and expanded into two. I realized it was a very big job, and I decided to give it a year.

That year isn't over yet, but I am giving an update at MWCC lean conference this week. This is the PowerPoint. Enjoy!

  41. 41. I Followed My Nose It is foolish, they say, to do it this way When it all can be done from a script. It takes so damn long to sing your own song, And albums are easy to rip. They tell me to look through a best-selling book, And to follow steps A, B and C. They think it a waste to not copy and paste, And there’s no need for learning to see. It is foolish, they claim, to play your own game, When games can be bought in a store. Why make it so hard and mine my own yard? Is my own gold so worth digging for? It is foolish, I’m told, to let things unfold They said I should follow a plan! So the plan that I chose was to follow my nose My nose knows to start where I am. ©2013 www.speakstrong.com
