  2. 2. Digestive SystemThe digestive system is a series of hollow organs joined in a long, twisting tube from the mouth to the anus.

  4. 4. Alimentary canalthe passage through which food passes, including the mouth, esophagus, stomach, intest ines, and anus.

  13. 13. Stomach a sack-like, muscular organ that is attached to the esophagus.
  14. 14. Small intestine Is a coiled tube which is about 20feet long when it is straightened out.
  15. 15. Large intestine Is a wide tube about an inch across.
