And, we will ensurethat all our media partners get the maximum value out of their contribution to thefestival. And in return, we want to have the maximum promotion and coverage ofour event through you.Benefits of Media PartnershipThe following is a brief list of direct benefit to our media partners: 1. Association with an event of creative community importance 2. Publicity through electronic and print media. Your logo will appear in: a. Program book (20,000 copies) b. The festival website c. In the thank you backdrop that will be displayed on-site festival d. 1 mural wall space (size tbc) (Mural properties provided by media) Others: e. 2 press/media ID per print media f. 4 festival invitation/passes/media Do you have any special requirements? As a media partner, we understand that your partnership requirement might be different from what we have on offer. If you have any special need or requirements regarding your partnership or promoting yourself at the festival, we are happy to discuss further.Responsibilities of the Media PartnersThe following are our expectations from our media partners:Print Media 1. Put a full page full color display ad (with sponsor logo) on printed magazine at least 3 times (February, March, April 2012) 2. Put a full page full color after-event coverage on May 2012 issue 6.
